Kit's Blog Weighs in on the Patel / Maitreya Issue

The issue of whether or not Raj Patel was “pronounced as Maitreya” by Benjamin Creme has become the “topic du jour” of the internet since late February of this year. Many new bloggers on religious topics are now weighing in as more and more people try to understand whether the global apostasy predicted in the bible is now unfolding. I have maintained since I started this blog on 01.01.2010 that it has. 

It’s difficult to follow a story when so many writers are coming at it and it’s often difficult to keep abreast of what others have learned. Whenever I locate another blogger who is publishing a credible blog about spiritual and religious topics, I like to point readers to them.

Did Benjamin Creme Announce that Raj Patel was Maitreya?

There is now as much misinformation and disinformation online about this issue as there is sincere real journalistic research. The writer from Kit’s blog, above linked, who posted this item may have mistakenly thought that San Fran journalist Scott James was the first person to make the speculation that Benjamin Creme had identified Raj Patel as Maitreya.

Creme has vehemently denied this, although his speech on Jan 14th at the London House seemed to indicate just the opposite, where he fawned and practically wept at the news he was delivering that the “Maitreya” had now appeared on a major American TV network and was interviewed. The only man in America who fit Creme’s description of the interview and had done such a TV  interview within the past 48 hours of Jan 14th was Raj Patel.

This was all way back in January of this year before Scott James even knew what was stirring. Keep in mind in all of this that Scott James has known Raj Patel for years, they shared office space, drank together and they most likely have confided in one another, as friends do.

My intuition is that Patel approached his good friend Scott James for help when the “Maitreya” worship began to get out of hand in late winter 2010 of this year. By the time Scott wrote his pieces, [he has written several about the "Maitreya" melee] 30 or 40 other bloggers and truth researchers had already been writing about it online for weeks.

Truth researchers routinely break stories weeks, months, or even years before the MSM sniffs out the public demand for real information and begins running along behind, trying to publish the developing story as if they “broke” the news first. Not so. It’s the internet that now leads the way in breaking news, locating the story and researching it weeks, months, or even years before the MSM awakens to the growing buzz.

When Scott James wrote his two pieces, [one appeared in the San Fran newspaper, one in the New York Times] he didn’t actually break any “new” story that was news to the web writers, as we had all been writing about it for weeks already, but he did make a genuine effort to nail Creme down in a telephone interview as to whether he was naming Patel as Maitreya. And he was actually trying, I believe, to clear his friend’s name. For this Scott was railed upon by Share International people, and he got a real taste of what his buddy Patel seemed to be going through. I actually believe that behind the scenes Patel is fully cognizant of all of this, is cooperating, and knows full well who he is and what he intends to do at some point on the world scene. It’s just a hunch I have.

I dashed this post off today because I just felt the need to set the record straight for the author of Kit’s Blog, who appears to have taken up the “Maitreya Patel” subject recently. Her blog has some very good spiritual and new world orderresearch and is worth a visit.
