This is a feature length film, 2 hours and 10 minutes, in which the RFID chipped "ubiquitous future" which is being planned for future human society is revealed. Note the enigmatic and mysterious sounding phrase:
"Ubiquitous Living"
You would never dream that the phrase refers to an environment so laced with replicating and redundant RFID technology that buildings can actually alter your perception of the environment itself as you pass through.
